Our Cattle
Cows
CC Golly Gee
CC was our very first AHCA Highland, gifted to us at Christmas. Born August 9, 2018, she came from Shat Acres Farm, a place we truly admire. Though registered as red, we think she’s closer to yellow. CC’s a big, beautiful girl with a stunning set of horns and an even more beautiful heart. She was halter trained and competed at many local fairs in her younger days. She’s had three calves—two silvers and a red/yellow little guy—but sadly, all were stillborn. To protect her, we’ve retired her from traditional breeding and will be trying embryo transfer instead. CC will always have a home here at the ranch — she’s the beloved nanny of the herd.
Red Willow Gracie
Gracie is AHCA registered and white in color. Born April 1, 2020, she’s given us two beautiful silver bulls without needing any help. She’s a fantastic mother — gentle, kind, and loves to be brushed but never hogs attention. Gracie is due again this fall and continues to be a ranch favorite.
Foxy Lady of Circle AM aka Penny
Penny is a dun-colored AHCA girl born on Halloween 2019. She’s treat-obsessed and not shy about letting everyone know when it’s her turn! Penny gave us our very first ranch-born bull in 2022, a milestone we'll always treasure. She’s a perfect size and has had three incredible calves here. She even loves cuddles if you catch her in the mood!
Red Willow Hattie
Born September 1, 2019, Hattie is a big, red, friendly AHCA cow with a heart of gold. She doesn’t mind you getting hands-on with her calves and is a dream to work with. Hattie’s had three calves so far — two of them astonishing white beauties. She also came to us with her first calf at her side, a heifer we’re proudly raising to continue her line.
PDT Queen Elizabeth
Queen Elizabeth is Hattie’s daughter, born September 9, 2022 — the same day Queen Elizabeth II passed. Fittingly, our Elizabeth is a true royal: tons of hair, tons of love. She could stand all day for brushing and attention!
Iron River Selena
Selena is a gorgeous red AHCA cow born October 14, 2021. She’s had one beautiful dun heifer so far and is expecting again in fall 2025. Selena bonded instantly with my husband and is sweet enough to follow you around without a halter.
Red Willow Kelby
Kelby is our silver beauty, born September 20, 2020. A little shy at first, she warms up with patience — and treats! She’s an excellent mother and always watchful but kind. Kelby has blessed us with three stunning silver calves (one heifer, two bulls) so far.
HIS Abigail's Sweet Fayln and HIS Abella's Shy Stormy
These two red beauties were born in spring 2022 and have grown up side by side. They aren’t the most affectionate, but they’re smart and independent. Both are expecting their first calves in fall 2025, and we can’t wait!
CC Wassail's Demelza aka Demi
Demi is our black princess, born April 8, 2023. A Christmas gift two years ago, she’s halter-broke, loves pampering, and has soulful eyes and a stunning coat. She carries those treasured Shat Acres genes we admire so much.
Harmony
Harmony came from CSF Farm and was one of six heifers we bought from the National Sale in Denver. Born April 26, 2023, Harmony is a red brindle showgirl with a calm, willing spirit. She loves grabbing a halter and heading out for a stroll.
MES Silver Silvia
Silvia, born January 30, 2024, is a thick-bodied dun beauty from Denver. She’s got a show-stopping build and a sweet, affectionate personality.
BTTR Charlotte
Charlotte is a dun-colored sweetheart from Denver,born March 15, 2024 with a heart just as big as her show-ring presence. She’s halter-broke, loving, and would hug you if she could!
LeA Utter Nonsense
Born April 20, 2024, "Nonsense" is a petite silver heifer packed with charm and potential. She comes from highly respected bloodlines and already has the sweetest personality.
HS Nigella
Nigella is a big, beautiful black show girl from Denver. she was born April 29,2024. Her build, movement, and sweet, soulful eyes are simply magnificent — we can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
Skye High Neon Scarlett
Scarlett is a frosted brindle and deep red heifer with serious show skills and a stacked family tree. She’s a favorite around here — it’s impossible not to admire her!
Bulls
LCK GAWEN aka Hawkeye
Hawkeye his registered name is LCK GAWEN is our AHCA silver herd sire, born July 21, 2021. He’s been a cornerstone of our breeding program and continues to impress.
NBSR Gunslinger
Gunslinger is our homegrown black bull, AHCA registered and full of promise. We're using some heifer-sorted straws from him this year to continue his legacy.
NBSR Rex
Rex, our young up-and-coming dun bull, was born September 21, 2023. We’re excited to watch him mature and see what he brings to the herd!
